CANCELLATION POLICY

DROP INS & WALKS

  • If more than 24hrs before service start: full refund to payment method or credit towards future services

  • If within 24hrs or same-day: credit towards future services. If I book another client for the cancelled slot, a refund to payment method can be provided.

House sittings, Farm Care, Constant care

  • If 7days or more before start date: Full refund*

  • If within 7days of start: 50% refund (if paid in full). Deposit is kept if sitting is cancelled within 7days of start

*Deposit for Constant Care is kept if cancelled within 30days of reservation start
